Salute, friends and like-minded people!
A special SKANMI podcast for September was recorded by Stanislav Sevostyanikhin aka Dissident - producer, DJ and head of the Opposide Records label from St. Petersburg.
Thanks to the influence of various musical trends, Dissident’s work is distinguished by its diversity and sometimes truly innovative melodies. Despite the fact that his forte is primarily Drum & Bass, Stanislav has never been limited to one specific style or genre. Today, Dissident is rightfully considered a veteran of the Russian DNB scene. The artist's discography includes 9 albums, many singles and EPs, released on a number of domestic and foreign music labels.
The podcast is filled with experimental areas of underground drum'n'bass, jungle and 170Bpm electronica, including work from Dissident's upcoming album Halfspace, scheduled for release on the Inperspective label in 2021!
