Gilles Peterson welcomes Francesco Tristano, a music composer who combines contemporary electronic elements with classical composition and tradition. Tristano has simultaneously continued to grow as a classical pianist with a repertoire halfway between baroque and twentieth and twenty-first century music. Francesco hosts the show, joining the dots between classical and techno music, premiering many of his forthcoming exclusives, ahead of his show at the Southbank Centre on September 20.
