Tracers Mix (Santeria): nine original compositions by Ben Vida. Control signals for modular synthesis were derived by MIDI mapping from recordings by Conjunto De Tambores Batá De Amado Diaz Alfonso. The source ensemble is acknowledged as the rhythmic material used in the process, rather than added as a guest performer.
