The uploader of the mix said in the video description that he doesn't know the exact date because he didn't wrote the date on the tape when he recorded the mix from the radio and he only suspects the mix to be broadcastet on 2000-08-25.

So I decided to write into the title "2000-08" instead of "2000-08-25" because the exact broadcast date isn't known (as the video title might suggest) but it's just suspected by the uploader.
